Death to the "lamb"-god AGAIN!
Precious Jews~
To commemorate the day (10 Nissan) that we bound the Egyptian "lamb"-god and prepared to slaughter it at Pesach, allow me to assure all the "lamb"-god worshippers that still exist today, that we continue to slaughter the "lamb"-god in Jewish hearts and at every God-given opportunity.
It is not possible to continue to answer questions here. For those who desire, they can write to the email address. This blog was originally intended as a short-term venture. It is now closed, but will remain up for viewing, b"H.
With blessings for a Pesach kasher v'sameach for every member of Klal Yisrael. May we yet see the geulah shleimah with Mashiach Tzidkeinu NOW!!
Sharing this from the soon to be published book, "Selected Writings of Rabbi Meir Kahane":
Shabbat HaGadol.
Sabbath preceding the Passover, the Sabbath that cries out the basic, the ultimate message of that enormous Exodus from Egypt, of Passover itself. Shabbat HaGadol that gives us the lesson without which Passover, the Jewish people itself, lose all reason for being. Shabbat HaGadol, commemorating the basic lesson of Judaism: Faith, real faith, faith in G-d who really is greater than the mighty Pharaoh, or the regal Reagan or the burningless Bush — Shabbat HaGadol, the Great Sabbath, that began more than 3,000 years ago on a Sabbath in Imperial Egypt. “Speak to all the assembly of Israel, saying: On the tenth day of this month they shall take for themselves every man a lamb . . . ” (Exodus 12:3)
It is a special, an awesome commandment, one that is given to every Jew, hence the unique words: “Speak to all the assembly.” Take a lamb and bind it up for four days.
You believe that this is a simple commandment? Hardly. The lamb is more than an animal, it is the very god of Egypt. It is a deity, a hallowed creature before whom the Egyptian bows and whose meat dare not touch his mouth. And the Jews, “every man” thereof, are commanded to take this lamb, this Egyptian god, this deity of their masters, and tie it to their beds, to their posts, bind it up. And when the astonished and outraged Egyptian masters will ask: “What are you doing?” the answer shall be: “We shall soon slaughter this lamb, this deity, your god, and eat it.”
Do you still think this is a simple, bland commandment? It is a commandment fraught with danger to life, a commandment that surely sent fear down the spines of the Jewish slaves, that, without a doubt, led scholars to rush and ponder whether pikuach nefesh, danger to life, might perhaps demand the postponing of this dangerous commandment . . .
Nor does the All Mighty stop there. He insists on a policy of extremism, of goading the gentile. Not content with a commandment that cries desecration of the Egyptian god, that taunts him with the sight of his deity bound up, the G-d of Israel insists that the Jew add salt to the wound.
“And they shall eat the flesh in that night, roasted with fire . . . . Eat it not partially cooked, nor boiled in water, but roasted with fire, its head with its legs, and with its insides complete.” (Exodus 12:8-9) Awake and consider! This is what Passover is all about; only this! This is what Judaism is all about; only this! This is what the duty and the role and the essence of the Jew is all about; only this! To affirm to the world, but first to ourselves, that the L-rd, the G-d of Israel, is. That He truly does exist, that He is the One, the only One, that He, only He, directs the world, the fate of man, the destiny of His people. That whatever will be for the Jew will be only because He so decrees. That the gentile has no relevance to Jewish fate, that the Pharaohs of all time, the ones in Egypt and the ones in Washington are utterly irrelevant to what will be with the Jew.
On the Great Sabbath in Egypt, the L-rd taught us the lesson that we trampled in the dust, the dust of secularism and the dust of the yeshiva-world alike: The lesson that the Jew must raise high, must flaunt the glory and Omnipotence of his G-d. That the world must be compelled to see their deities, their gods and idols, bound up and humiliated and destroyed. That one must goad the gentile in order to raise high the banner of the L-rd. That Kiddush Hashem, the sanctification of the Name of the G-d of Israel, demands an open, fearless, flaunting sacrifice of the idols and deities of the gentiles that deny the uniqueness of the G-d of Israel, His exclusiveness, His Oneness. The lamb is openly tied and those who tremble and whisper: “But we dare not goad the gentile,” are silenced with thunderous contempt. The lamb is slaughtered and roasted whole and fully and openly. It cannot be hastily covered in a pot where it will not be seen. Its identity cannot be disguised by cutting its body into pieces. We cannot escape the danger of the gentile by avoiding confronting and goading him. No. Precisely the opposite!
The same gentile who thundered and thunders: “Who is the L-rd? . . . I know not the L-rd, nor will I let Israel go!” (Exodus 5:2) must be taught the eternal lesson of: “The L-rd is G-d, the L-rd is G-d!” (Kings I 18:39). The gentile does not wish to “know” G-d, to acknowledge His exclusive kingship. He must be taught that lesson in an open and bold and humiliating way. He and his idols must be humbled and broken. The lamb is taken openly. The lamb is slaughtered openly. The lamb is roasted and eaten, openly. And those who cringe in pilpulism and whisper: “But one dare not goad the gentiles . . .” are silenced by the thunder of the L-rd, whose commandment is eternalized by the Rabbis in the Great Sabbath, Shabbat HaGadol.
So let that Sabbath be understood and appreciated and embraced. For without it, there cannot be a Passover, an understanding of what that Passover really is.
Shabbat Shalom u'Mevorach!!

Great-Grandmothers Make Aliyah Today
Two great-grandmothers are expected to make aliyah (immigrate) to Israel on Wednesday. The two, 91-year-old Freida Weiss and 94-year-old Idit Feldstein, are both from Florida. Once in Israel, they will reunite with family members already living in the country. The arrival of the great-grandmothers was arranged by the Jewish Agency. Jewish Agency head Zeev Bielsky expressed satisfaction, saying that the arrival of the two new immigrants represents the closing of a circle for their families, and symbolizes the importance of family unity on Passover.
Video of Jonathan Pollard at Jerusalem Conference Award Ceremony
On Rosh Chodesh Nissan, Jonathan Pollard was given the "Ohev Tzion" Award at the Annual Jerusalem Conference. A composite video was shown. You can view it here.
The Mitzrim Are Back!
Also on Rosh Chodesh Nissan, the Egyptian Defense Minister visited the Kotel to see for himself the archeological work going on under the Mugrabi Gate. Does anyone else think it's interesting that a Mitzri is in Jerusalem during Nissan?
I was there and took these pictures.

22 Days and Counting
Dear Jews! Good Jews!
Shalom and blessings for a chag kasher v'sameach from Tzion!
Please accept my apologies for not responding sooner to your comments and questions. Thank you for your patience. As no doubt everyone is right now, I am swamped with Pesach preparations. (And remember that I already said I am no blogger!)
Now, I will try to answer some of your questions. Please excuse me if I miss anyone.

You are talking about AmericanJews... but what about Europe, Australia....Any comments?
As America goes, so goes the rest of the Western world, but because America is the leader, she must be stopped cold in her tracks. Depending on who is counting and how, the number of Jews in America is somewhere between 5 and 7 million---the largest group of the entire Diaspora.
I'm sure most of you have seen the Debkafile report about the possibility of nullifying the Right of Return for Jews. From the world's perspective, if the Israeli government continues to refuse to consider a Right of Return for 'Palestinians,' then it will most assuredly have to give up it's own claim to such a "right."
Pollard may be offered as a sweetener to make this bitter pill go down better. I would look for this to go into effect in the wake of Pollard's release. In my previous post on Logistics, I recommended the following:
Number 1! Go to the nearest Jewish Agency office and open a file for aliyah!! You can do this even if you don't plan to make aliyah for a couple of years.
As far as I know, there is no cost or obligation involved. Quite possibly, those who already have files open would be allowed in but no new ones would be opened, chas v'shalom! Obviously, then, this would affect every Jew in the Diaspora wherever he might be.

What do you make of Rav Eliahu Leon Levi's R"H Nissan call to Israelis to prepare for an immanent war (published by Tzvi Fishman on Arutz 7)?
It makes sense with everything else we see going on around us, so I take the warning to heart.
Moshe Meir said:
Yerushalmi: Here we are in 4 Nissan, Jonathan Pollard is still in jail and the Yellowstone volcano did not erupt. Care to comment on this?
It is now 9 Nissan, Moshe Meir, and JPollard is still in jail and the Yellowstone is still peaceful. I have already mentioned many times throughout the blog---"as I said before I am not 100% WHEN it will take place." But many sources agreed that this Nissan is an auspicious time. As the countdown shows, there are 22 days left in Nissan.
But even after Nissan will pass, we see that historically three very important events occurred in Iyyar. On 5 Iyyar, Israel was reborn as an independent nation. On 14 Iyyar, Pesach Sheini takes place. And on 28 Iyyar, Yerushalayim came back into Jewish hands. So, even if Nissan will pass without a decisive event, I will continue to wait and watch and prepare. Even so, let's look at what has already transpired since Rosh Chodesh Nissan 5767:
- 1 Nissan---Israel, in cooperation with US military, held an unprecedented nationwide missile attack drill and a major mekubal issued a warning to prepare for an imminent outbreak of war.
- 4 Nissan---US and UK bases and Middle East armies go on high alert when Iran captured 15 British seamen and marines.
- 5 Nissan---the UN Security Council voted to increase sanctions on Iran.
- 6 Nissan---Condoleezza Rice and Ban Ki-Moon both arrive in Jerusalem.
- 7 Nissan---Word of an April 6th planned attack on Iran by the US is leaked by Russian sources
- 8 Nissan---stocks drop and oil prices soar on escalating tensions between both the UK and the US and Iran.
- 9 Nissan---The Arab Summit in Riyadh begins. "Participants at the Summit are expected to re-endorse an Arab-Israeli peace plan proposed in 2002 by Saudi Arabian King Abdullah. "
Things are happening. It's not an exhaustive list, but maybe the most significant. Keep watching, Moshe Meir! And remember that the whole week Moshe Rabeinu argued with HKBH about being the Redeemer, Am Yisrael was slaving away without a clue that their servitude was coming to an end.

The "Sign" Revealed
Here it is---Erev Rosh Chodesh Nissan.
I remember when we arrived at Erev Rosh Hashanah 5761 and I was wondering if anything dramatic would occur in the very last hours to fulfill the words of the rabbis about the year 5760. We were making all our last minute holiday preparations and reports began to come in of disturbances in the Old City and on the Temple Mount. We had to close the computer and radio for the chag, so we did not know what happened after that.
Then, the next day, in shul, we heard rumors about trouble from the security people. We had barely sat down to dinner at a friend's home when their phone began to ring. Everybody froze. Who would call on Rosh Hashanah? In Israel, even wrong numbers are Jewish and no one would be calling on the phone. It stopped and everyone breathed again and then it began immediately to ring again. This happened a total of seven times. The ba'al habayit did not answer. He said it must be the army calling for his son and since his son was not at home, he saw no reason to pick it up. But if the army was calling people up, then....
And now, we can look back six and a half years and see where it all went. I will never come to Pesach and not remember the Pesach of 2002. I was doing last minute shopping at the shuk and suddenly it began to hail like mad. Everyone was marveling at the hail and then in a few minutes news began to spread that there had been an attack in a supermarket. A security guard was killed preventing a woman bomber from entering in to kill many others. The details are too sad to recount. A few days later, we sat down to begin our seder and suddenly we heard a deafening sound of heavy hail falling on the roof. Only after Pesach was finished did we hear about the Pesach massacre at the Park Hotel in Netanya. Again, too sad to talk about. So many sad, tragic stories and we in Israel know every one and can tell the stories of every one, so many...too many.
As I understand the Ramchal, the purpose of the Pekidah stage of redemption is to cause us to cry out to Hashem to deliver us. When Zechirah begins, Hashem responds to that call by sending us the Redeemer prepared since the foundation of the world. Ramchal says that just prior to the transition from Pekidah to Zechirah, "there is a spiritual awakening in the world." I and others of my aquaintance and still others that I have only heard of have been experiencing what could be termed a spiritual awakening, things similar in character to what Nava describes in her blog.
Now, to return to our focus here. If Hashem is going to get about completing our redemption this Nissan, he is also going to close down the exile for good. That means the Jews MUST return home or risk sharing the fate of the goyim. The prophets are clear that the nations will be punished. It stands to reason that America will go down first, because she has presumed to be Israel's patron and treated the renewed nation of G-d like a vassal. Many, many Jews and non-Jews alike truly believe that were it not for America, Israel would cease to exist. This kind of thinking must be corrected and it will be! We are forbidden to rely upon anyone other than Hashem alone.
Hashem is just. Whether one is willing to admit it or not, everyone who saw the first sign---the collapse of the twin towers---has had seven years to get himself and his family, parents, children, etc out of America and over to Israel. Every Jew has had that chance...save ONE.
Yes, I am talking about Jonathan Pollard.
One of our commenters suggested that it wasn't really fair to American Jews that they had not suffered as other Jewish communities in the world and throughout history. As a result, they were very much unaware of the need to make aliya. I suggest to you that Jonathan Pollard did the suffering on behalf of his community and they should have taken the lesson from what happened to him. And if not him, then what happened to Rabbi Kahane in 1990 or to the WTC in 1993 or the Murrah Federal Building in 1995, right up to the events of 9/11/2001.
The travesty of justice that was allowed to stand in the Pollard case was a flashing neon sign telling the Jews that USA 1986 really wasn't so far removed from 1890s France. Jews may think of themselves as Americans first and Jews second, but to the goyim, they will ALWAYS be a Jew FIRST.
I know it is politically correct to pay lip service to the goyim and say, oh yes, he broke the law and deserved to be punished, but then base a legal appeal on the basis that he has already paid the price for his "crime." However, I believe that when it comes to saving Jewish lives, it would have been a crime against Heaven not to have acted as he did. But, this is all irrelevant to the point at hand. If you are familiar with the case, you must concede that there are too many oddities for Heaven not to have its own hand in it.
I have believed for many years that Pollard stood as a warning to the Jews of America and the day that warning was no longer going to be of any further use, i.e. "time's up" then he would go free. I've watched years come and go and now THIS year, I've felt the best possibility for this to happen and that was before I knew about the end of 6 1/2 years of Pekidah or thought about the end of forty years since the Temple Mount was returned to our hands.
In any case, in Shevat there came a burst of activity on Pollard's behalf, unlike anything I have seen at any previous time and I sensed that a lot of spiritual energy was being invested in this and that it held great promise of success. On Ta'anit Esther, I personally experienced something which further supported that assumption, enough so to go public with an urgent warning to watch for it. I am convinced that he will go free at a predestined time in order to be a banner to the Jews of chu"l that the last moment to leave has arrived.
How would knowing this change anything for anyone there, especially if it is already too late to make arrangements for passports and the like?
This is what I think. I think that a situation may develop in the wake of this event that might put Jews in danger and at some very near point, an emergency evacuation might be offered, either by the US government or the Israeli government or through private means in cooperation with the government or who knows? There is danger inherent in this scenario, too. It is definitely worthwhile to get out on your own beforehand if at all possible. But I do believe that there will be a last opportunity in the wake of Pollard's leaving. It will not be pretty. It will not be fun.
The most important point to be made here, I feel, is summed up in an old adage: "Forewarned is forearmed." Those who know that something is coming are better prepared to face it than those who do not know. My sense is that once that threshold is crossed, events will escalate rapidly. "In it's time, I will hasten it." Even for redemption "in its time," I will hasten it.
I hope that I have adequately summarized the key points here. I will not be at my computer for the next two days, but your comments and questions are always welcome. I do not currently see any reason to continue posting here. I've said all I can think of on the subject. Now we wait and see and continue to prepare.
Do teshuva every minute!
And like the Rambam: "I believe with perfect faith in the coming of Mashiach. However long it takes, I will await His coming every day."
I thought this post was finished, but just when I completed it and went to see the news which I had not read since early this morning, look what I found:
Ken, yehi ratzon!!!!!Nationwide Activities for Pollard Continue
"... a yeshiva high school class is setting off on a three-day march to Jerusalem this week, calling for [Pollard's] release.
...We'll be starting out on the first day of the month of redemption - Nissan; there is no reason that Pollard should not be home in time for the holiday of redemption, Passover, which falls in the middle of Nissan." "The students feel that it seems now to be an et ratzon - a time of good will - given the several projects that are underway on Pollard's behalf," Rabbi Golan said. "Now is the time to wake up the country to demand that our government submit an official request to the US for his release."
...The high school march, entitled "From Bondage to Freedom," is scheduled to begin near Petach Tikvah, and will end 85 kilometers (52 miles) later, at the Western Wall in Jerusalem.
[Note: I will be away the next two days serving Hashem and my People. Please be patient and I will try to answer everyone's letters and comments after that time. Also, if I have offended anyone, I assure you it was purely unintentional. I beg your forgiveness.]
Edom's Treachery
Dear Jews! Good Jews!!
There have been entire books written on this subject.
Compared to what other lands offered the Jews throughout history, America has been exceptional. But let's not ignore the fact that anti-semitism exists in America and that it exists in very high places from which it is having a devastating effect in Eretz Yisrael.
We don't have to go very far back in history to find a few telling examples:
In 1967, during the Six Days War, the US sent a spy ship (the Liberty) to monitor Israeli military communications and report them to Egypt.
In 1973, during the Yom Kippur War, the US held up critical arms shipments for an entire week causing needless death and injury to Israeli soldiers.
In 1979, Washington sponsored Camp David 1 which resulted in the loss of the Sinai to Egypt.
In 1984, the US withheld vital information about Iraqi WMD capabilities which it was obligated under treaty to share with Israel. (This is what JPollard made available to the Israeli government.)
In 1990, the US withheld identifying codes from the Israeli Air Force so they would not launch a retaliatory attack against Saddam Hussein's scuds. Without the codes, Israeli jets would have been viewed as enemy combatants by the Americans and shot down.
In 1991, the US sanctioned the concept of "Land for Peace" at the Madrid Conference.
In 1993, the US received Arafat at the White House and brokered the Oslo Peace Treaty which led to thousands of Israeli deaths and injuries.
In 1997, the US sponsored the giving away of 13% of Yesha and Hevron, the City of the Patriarchs.
From then until now, the US has armed, financed and given international recognition to a terrorist State hell-bent on Israel's utter destruction and continues to pressure the all too eager to comply heretical government into deeper and deeper concessions on land and security.
The G-d of Israel "neither slumbers nor sleeps." Payday is coming. What do you think they have earned?
Yeshayahu 34:1-5 "Nations, come near to hear, and kingdoms, hearken. The earth and the fullness thereof, the world and all its offspring. For the Lord has indignation against all the nations and wrath against all their host. He has destroyed them; He has given them to the slaughter. And their slain ones shall be thrown, and their corpses-their stench shall rise, and mountains shall melt from their blood. And all the host of heaven shall melt, and the heavens shall be rolled like a scroll, and all their host shall wither as a leaf withers from a vine, and as a withered [fig] from a fig tree. For My sword has become sated in the heaven. Behold, it shall descend upon Edom, and upon the nation with whom I contend, for judgment."
Prepared from creation for a day and an hour:
YELLOWSTONE NATIONAL PARK - significant activity continues beneath the surface. And the activity has been increasing lately, scientists have discovered. In addition, the nearby Teton Range of mountains, in a total surprise, is getting shorter. The findings suggest that a slow and gradual movement of a volcano over time can shape a landscape more than a violent eruption. The 45-by-30-mile Yellowstone caldera bulged and deflated significantly during the past 17 years, resulting in a series of small earthquakes that produced 10 times more energy than would occur if the ground were to move suddenly in a large eruption. "We think it's a combination of magma being intruded under the caldera and hot water released from the magma being pressurized because it's trapped. I don't believe this is evidence for an impending volcanic eruption, but it would be prudent to keep monitoring the volcano." From 2004 to 2006 the central caldera floor rose faster than ever, springing up nearly 7 inches during the three-year span. "The rate is UNPRECEDENTED, at least in terms of what scientists have been able to observe in Yellowstone." One of the largest supervolcanoes in the world lies beneath Yellowstone National Park, which spans parts of Wyoming, Montana and Idaho. Supervolcanoes can sleep for centuries or millennia before producing incredibly massive eruptions that can drop ash across an entire continent.
If you see the BBC docudrama about the effects of an eruption of the Yellowstone super-volcano, you will understand how it will stop flights coast to coast...permanently; how it can cause a complete darkness to fall; and send up a pillar of smoke and ash high into the atmosphere. No telling how long it would be visible.
Yeshayahu 34: 8-9 "For it is a day of vengeance for the Lord, a year of retribution for the plea of Zion. And its streams shall turn into pitch and its dust into sulfur, and its land shall become burning pitch."
This is how Hashem repays those who hurt His children. If you are His child, He wants you to go home!! He does not intend you to share in the punishment of His enemies!!
Q & A
Anonymous #1 commented:
I also thought of Pollard. From a friend who visited him this past week, sounds like American security officials from the top down, are ready to release him - if the Eruv Rav here would only ASK!!!
Since when do the Americans let the want of asking prevent them from doing whatever it is they want to do? Did the Iraqis ask then to come and liberate them from Saddam Hussein? No. I am not defending the evil regime, but if the Americans WANT to do this, lack of asking will not stop them.
The fact is that this matter, like all other matters, is in the hands of Hashem and if there is a lack of asking, it is OUR lack of asking from HASHEM. However, when the time comes that Hashem wants it, even if the Americans DON'T want, it will happen, which is why I do not believe that there is danger in speaking of it. It is already a matter of such importance that HASHEM alone will determine when and if it occurs. Just like with Yosef---he went out at the pre-ordained time, not a minute before and not a minute after, despite requesting help from the chief cupbearer.
Shayna commented: BS"DAm i to understand according to what you are writing that there are still Chas V'Shalom another 61/2 years until Moshaich will come? Is it very possible for Moshiach to come or it it really another 61/2 years of waiting?
As ALWAYS, dear Shayna, Mashiach can come at ANY MOMENT. This is because no one but Hashem knows how He figures our cheshbon. I hope to address this further in another response, so please read on. About the pekidah/zechira issue. As I understand it, the Ramchal says that all redemptions have followed this pattern. During our enslavement in Mitzrayim, the zechira stage was the point at which Hashem sent Moshe to be the redeemer.
I personally expect Mashiach to be revealed very, very shortly in accordance with this pattern, but we have to expect that since we are living out the b'ita scenario, it may not be so obvious. In "geula b'ita," everything comes the hard way. Not everyone is going to realize that Mashiach IS Mashiach. We have a tradition that if a leader arises and wins all Israel's wars, he is b'chezkat Mashiach, suspected of being Mashiach, but only if he rebuilds the Holy Temple is he then known for certain to be Mashiach. Remember that even when Moshe first arrived back in Egypt and went to Paro, the servitude suddenly got much worse before it got better. The people despaired of ever being redeemed even with their redeemer right in front of them. We must prepare ourselves for these tests and strengthen our faith to a very great degree.
Trust Hashem to provide where you are lacking, Shayna. Hold onto Him and don't let go. He truly provides for every need. He longs very much to deliver us at every moment.
Anonymous #2 commented: ... You would think his release would be a good sign, not a negative or frightening one.
It is meant to be a good sign for ALL the Jews. Since our destiny puts us at odds with the goyim, what is good for the Jews at this stage in history is a bad sign for the goyim and consequently for the Jews who choose to remain among them. Those who truly have no choice must continue to simply trust Hashem.
Sabzi Aash commented: ...I don't understand this business about Jews being unable to return to Israel because they've waited too long.
I gave for an example, that after the Six Days War in 1967---for the last FORTY YEARS---the only obstacles to fulfilling the mitzva to live in Eretz Israel were our own fears and base desires. All "good" things must come to an end and the exile is a big chillul Hashem that MUST come to an end. To ask that Hashem prolong His own suffering so we can continue our "good" life in America is something I don't even have a name for!
Isn't it one of Moshiach's tasks to gather in the Jews?
In a manner of speaking, "he" has been doing so for almost sixty years already! There is both a person who is Mashiach and a process that is Mashiach. The State of Israel has functioned since its inception as a type of Mashiach ben Yosef---the process of MBY, if you will---rising to power, fighting the wars, providing for the physical needs of the Jewish people, bringing in the exiles through its aliyah programs and funding, developing the infrastructure which will eventually be turned over to the hands of Mashiach ben David.
(When you look at the new light rail and all the improvements being done around the Old City, you can't help but think that all of this is preparing the way for the pilgrims who will flock to see the rebuilt Temple and Mashiach.)
Some people will have a very difficult time thinking in these terms. They will point to the "evil" acts of the government against the religious and say this is not possible. However, we know from sources that had the effort not been weighted in favor of the secular, the Sitra Achra would have stopped at nothing to destroy it while it was still too weak to survive on its own. Obviously, this is how things have to work when the Jewish people do not merit Redemption in haste. Also, the religious did not flock home in droves. If they had, the picture might have been very different.
Even if there's a period where they're stuck in Galut, won't they be able to come later?
It is the nature of this world, that there is an END after which it is not possible to do things that were possible before. There are innumerable examples not only in nature but in history. That's just the way life is. The exile is ending. The choice before us is to get on the bus and go where it takes you (EY) or stand in front of it and get run over.
And it seems unfair to the Jews of America, ....
This comment does not merit a response.
Even if you want to do something, sometimes you need a push ... so why haven't the American Jews had such a push? Even the sign being predicted here is only supposed to affect those who are already very sensitive to these things and prone to interpret them in a particular way ... surely a small segment ... and even then it will be too late? What gives?
This will be addressed more fully in my final blog posting. Watch for it.
Regarding the account of a tradition that there would one day be a contest between the People of Israel and their enemies, in which it would appear that Hashem had rejected Am Yisrael's "sacrifice" and accepted that of the reshaim:
There is a story about a King who had to punish his son with a very large rock which could seriously injure or even kill him, G-d forbid! To solve this problem, the king ordered the rock broken up into little pebbles and these were thrown on the king's son little by little so as not to cause him serious injury.
We do not know how Hashem figures His cheshbonot, but overall when it concerns His "son" He acts with great mercy. It may be my own wishful thinking, but I believe that Hashem allowed Gush Katif to be "sacrificed' for the sake of Yerushalayim.
Unless you are here, I don't know that one can have a proper perspective on how devastating it was to those Jews from all over the country who with much mesirut nefesh worked and prayed and had faith until the very end that Hashem would spare Gush Katif, to then see failure and see our enemies rejoicing in victory over us; destroying every holy thing and then using it to launch further attacks against us. If this does not fulfill the essence of the "tradition" that you cite here, then there is no understanding what happened on Tisha b'Av 5765.
js commented: Play it out. Why and how would Pollard's release signal the pending closing of borders?
Please see my final blog post later tonight.
Many thanks to everyone who has written comments.
Putting the Clues Together
Here are the clues given so far:
"A VERY BIG and OBVIOUS sign"
"...hint, it is found in the Festival of FREEDOM."
"The sign will appear first in the US and then move toward Israel where it will rest. This is to be understood plainly and literally. It will be a physical occurrence that everyone can see. It will be much discussed, particularly among the Jews. "
"...the sign of which I have spoken is not a missile, a falling star or a pillar of smoke. It will not be anything supernatural from a normal human perspective. Those who look with faith will understand what a miraculous thing it is, just like there are those who blame Hurricane Katrina on global warming while others look at each individual "mida k'neged mida" aspect and declare it must be the handiwork of G-D. If I told you today what the sign is, you would not believe it. Only after the fact is there a chance you will accept it."
"I believe that a certain event will occur which will signal the very end of safety for Jews in America and quite possibly the last opportunity to exit America's borders. This event is what I am referring to when I say "sign." It involves a person---someone who has been standing all along as a very important sign for the Jewish people, but they have paid it as much heed as they did the words of all our holy prophets."
Here are some new clues, which will be more explicit since the time is fast approaching:
1. Yosef Hatzadik, who was unappreciated and sold out by his brothers, was "remembered" on Rosh Hashanah. Tishrei is the Rosh Hashanah for the world, but Nissan is the Rosh Hashanah of the Jewish people. (From Nissan we count our months. )
2. The Dreyfus Affair was such a sign to the Jews of "enlightened" Europe, yet so many did not comprehend it.
3. Yeshayahu 1:27-28 "Zion shall be redeemed through justice and her penitent through righteousness. And destruction shall come over rebels and sinners together, and those who forsake the Lord shall perish."
A Question:
Someone asked why I had said previously that I would look for this sign up until the end of Pesach.
My Answer:
Shvi'i shel Pesach is connected to Mashiach and after all, this was the day that Yam Suf split for us to walk over on dry land and Egypt met its destruction. The entire period of Adar through Nissan is auspicious for Redemption. Korban Pesach can be brought in Iyar if one was unable to bring it in Nissan and we have already seen two foreshadowings of Redemption in Iyar---the War for Independence that established the Third Jewish Commonwealth in Eretz Yisrael and the Six Days War which saw the return of Judea, Samaria and Holy Jerusalem into Jewish hands.

My "Dream"
I have received some well-meant warnings to be careful of revealing dreams, that if one does, one may lose the ability to see the future in dreams. I want you to know, that NOTHING of what I am posting here is coming from dreams.
The information I am putting here is coming from a combination of Torah knowledge, analysis of current events, direct experience of hashgacha pratit, an ability to focus on the Big Picture, and a little bit of intuition which has proved reliable in the past.
I must say again, it is NOT 100% sure. Only time will tell, but I feel that a preponderance of the evidence strongly suggests that the appointed time has arrived; enough so as to issue a warning to watch for the "sign" that I believe will signal the final opportunity for Jews to leave America.
However, even those who do not have prophetic dreams can have a "vision" of how events may develop. This is mine...
From Zohar III Balak 212b: "...the Holy Land will shake for 45 miles from all around until the place of the Temple. An underground cave will become revealed, and from that cave will go out a fire that will burn the world."
On Rosh Chodesh Nissan, after a week of heavy rains have fully saturated and weakened the earth and stones of the Temple Mount, making it ripe for structural failure, an earthquake brings it all crashing down. The "destruction" uncovers the hiding place of the Ark of the Covenant, the most recognizable antiquity from Biblical lore, proving to the entire world the Truth of the Holy Torah and the legitimate claims the Jews have to the Temple Mount.
From the Torah reading for Parshat HaChodesh, the reading prior to the New Month of Nissan:
Shemot 37:1-9 "Bezalel made the ark of acacia wood, two and a half cubits long, a cubit and a half wide, and a cubit and a half high. And he overlaid it with pure gold from inside and from outside, and he made for it a golden crown all around. And he cast four golden rings for it upon its four corners, two rings on its one side and two rings on its other side. And he made poles of acacia wood and overlaid them with gold. And he inserted the poles into the rings on the sides of the ark, to carry the ark. And he made an ark cover of pure gold, two and a half cubits long and a cubit and a half wide. And he made two golden cherubim he made them of hammered work, from the two ends of the ark cover, one cherub from the one end and the other cherub from the other end; from the ark cover he made the cherubim from its two ends. The cherubim had their wings spread upwards, shielding the ark cover with their wings, with their faces toward one another; [turned] toward the ark cover were the faces of the cherubim."The world is too stunned and awed to react as Jewish zealots prepare to cleanse the Mount for Pesach. An authoritative figure steps forward and issues a call to all the Jews faithful to Hashem to come up to Yerushalayim to offer the korban Pesach. The willingness or unwillingness to comply will take the measure of the faith of every Jew. It will be the final birur. Those who come up to offer the korban Pesach, exactly as on the first Pesach will receive Divine Protection, while those who refuse will be subject to whatever destructive force (perhaps even a nuke from Iran) goes forth on that night....
Yeshayahu 37:32 "For from Jerusalem shall come forth a remnant, and survivors from Mt. Zion; the zeal of the Lord of Hosts shall do this.' "
May we all awaken to the conscious "dream"..the vision of Mashiach and Redemption in OUR days!!

By now, everyone knows that there was a red (blood?) moon on Purim night. But did you know that there is to be a partial eclipse of the sun on Erev Rosh Chodesh Nissan, a day also called Yom Kippur Katan?
I don't know how often the sun is darkened and the moon appears to have blood on its surface within the same month, but it can't be very often. I can't help wondering if it might be a fulfillment of the prophet's words...
I'm not suggesting anyone abandon their responsibilities, dispose of their possessions and go sit on a hill somewhere to wait for the end of the world. What I am suggesting is that you begin or continue to order your lives as if Mashiach could come on any day and call you home to Eretz Yisrael; as if your ability to respond positively to that call depends upon yourself and whatever advance preparations you have made with G-d's help.Joel 3:4 " The sun shall turn to darkness, and the moon to blood, prior to the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord."
DO NOT DEPEND ON MIRACLES!!
Much better you should arrange your affairs to allow you to come home to Eretz Yisrael as soon as possible and be here to greet Mashiach upon his arrival.
Jews needing to travel to chu"l from Eretz Yisrael should ask a shayla from a trusted rabbi before taking any trips, especially before or during Pesach.
Note! We are not looking for the end of the world, but for the beginning of a better one!!!

Something Else is Coming!
Dear Jews! Good Jews! Hashem's special, chosen nation!
Never has such a time period in all of human history held so much potential for the Final Redemption. Look at this...
From the Ramchal's Ma'amar Hageulah:
"It should be known, that the redemption has two appointed stages. We find this in the redemption from Egypt and in the redemption from Babylon, and it is known to us that it will be so in the future.... Regarding these two appointed times...the first stage...is called 'safeguarding' (Pekidah)...the second stage...is called 'recollection' (zechirah)."
From R' Avraham Sutton's translation of the Zohar, Parashat Vayera (1:119a):
Rabbi Shimon opened his discourse: "And I have remembered My covenant with Yaacov" (Vayikra 26). Yaacov is written here in its full form [i.e. with a Vav]. Why?... This verse refers to Israel’s [last] exile. When they are in the midst of that exile, they will be Recalled [i.e. Pekidah, i.e. a partial redemption, associated with Mashiach ben Yoseph] in the mystery of the Vav [of the Holy Name], in the 6th Millennium.
This Recollection [Pekidah] will take place in the mystery of Vav-Aleph-Vav [i.e. when the letter Vav is spelled out Vav-Aleph-Vav, it attains the numerical value 13]. It will last for a period of 6 1/2 moments [i.e. years] [i.e. half of 13]. [This 6 1/2 year period will come] after 60 years of the 6th Millennium [which correspond to the final Vav of Vav-Aleph-Vav, and parallel the sefirah of Yesod, embodied by Mashiach ben Yoseph] have passed.
...At that time, the G-d of Heaven will arise to Recall [Pekidah] the Daughter of Jacob [the Shechinah and the Nation of Israel]. From that time [of Pekidah] till Zechirah [full Remembrance, full Redemption, Mashiach ben David], 6 1/2 years will pass. After that, another 6 years will pass. Altogether these [60 plus 6 1/2 plus 6] total 72 1/2.
...At that time, all the nations shall unite together against the Daughter of Jacob in order to annihilate her from the world. Concerning that time it is written, "It will be a time of crisis for Jacob, but he shall be saved from it" (Jeremiah 30:7).
Now, we already know from other sources that techiyat hameitim must begin no later than 210 years before the year 6,000 (i.e., 5790) and that kibbutz goliyot begins forty years before that (i.e., 5750 or 1990!) Granted, "sixty years" could refer to any 60 year period of time, but if it in fact refers to the sixtieth year of a hundred year cycle within the sixth millenium, 5760 was the last possible opportunity for this to be fulfilled.
Remember the Yalkut Reuveni: "In the (Jewish) year of 5760, the depths will rise up and flood the world...." The Chesed L’Avraham, (written around 200 years ago) saw 5760 as the year in which G-d will "remove the spirit of impurity from the land." (Zecharia13:2)
Notice the wording again: " [This 6 1/2 year period (Pekidah) will come] after 60 years of the 6th Millennium." Precisely in the very closing hours of Erev Rosh Hashana 5761, after 60 years of the seventh century of the sixth millenium, the Al Aksa Intifada broke out and a "flood" of terrorism and 'natural' disaster rose upon the earth.
People of Israel, 6 1/2 years later is Rosh Chodesh Nissan 5767!!
Furthermore, we have many sources which all agree that just as the first redemption took place in Nissan, so would the final redemption take place in Nissan.
Rabbi Mordechai Nissim commenting on the Ramchal, states:
"...at a certain moment in creation there is a divine awakening that shifts the world from Safeguarding (Pekidah) into Recollection (Zechirah). At that moment, ... there is a spiritual awakening in the world, and it is as if God Recalls His pact with mankind. "
A lot of people are reporting a deep sense of something like this, particularly since Purim. The way I described it to someone was that it was as if the extra soul we get on Shabbat decided to stay on at Leil Purim and not leave.
The Ramchal again:
"...the impasse, which occurred because of the exile, is opened up...and there is no concealment anymore. ...In the Recollection stage all is in a revealed manner, and not a hidden one, and regarding this it says,'Who is this that comes from Edom' (Isaiah 63,1). From then on Israel will rise up and exit from the exile...."
Time to connect the dots. The Al Aksa Intifada was so named by Divine decree. Our own leaders would not link this war in any way to the battle for 'Jerusalem,' but this is exactly what it was and has been from the very beginning. The rape of the Temple Mount for the building of an underground mosque was an act of war. These reports from today's news detail more acts of 'war.'
PA Chief Justice: Moses was a Prophet of Islam
(IsraelNN.com) Muslim clerics and many Arab leaders, who have denied that the First and Second Temples ever existed and that Ishmael and not Isaac (Yitzchak) was offered by Abraham as a sacrifice, have added a new idea: Abraham. Moses and Jesus actually were prophets of Islam.
Sheikh Taysir Tamimi, chief Palestinian Authority (PA) Justice and one of the most influential Muslim leaders in Israel, told Aaron Klein of Worldnetdaily, "Your Torah was falsified. The text as given to the Muslim prophet Moses never mentions Jerusalem. Maybe Jerusalem was mentioned in the rest of the Torah, which was falsified by the Jews." Tamimi added that the Jewish forefathers, Moses and Jesus were "prophets for the Israelites sent by Allah as to usher in Islam."
Concerning the Old City, he stated, "There is no Jewish connection to Israel before the Jews invaded in the 1880's. About these so-called two Temples, they never existed, certainly not at the Haram Al- Sharif [Temple Mount].
"The Western wall is the western wall of the Al Aqsa Mosque. It's where Prophet Muhammad tied his animal which took him from Mecca to Jerusalem to receive the revelations of Allah."
Turkish Inspectors Due Next Week
(IsraelNN.com) A team of Turkish experts are set to arrive in Israel next week to inspect the site of the Israel Antiquities Authority dig being carried out near the Rambam (Mughrabi) Gate at the entrance to the Temple Mount.
The dig is being carried out in conjunction with repair work on a broken footbridge leading to the Temple Mount which has caused an uproar in the Muslim world. Islamic clerics contend that the work is damaging the nearby Al Aksa Mosque.
A recent visit by a team of UNESCO inspectors documented the fact that no damage has been caused.
Rav Dahan has in the recent past spoken of something important being uncovered in the area of the Temple Mount.
Let me remind you of something else. Why are they digging there right now??? Because a few years ago, some snow and rain and a small earthquake caused a wall to collapse and the land to slide away on this hill. What is happening here in the capital of the Jewish people? ...right now?? ... today??? Only four days before Rosh Chodesh Nissan 5767???? It has been raining for days! And not just rain, but rain and hail and snow and thunder and lightning and high winds all at the same time!! Water has flooded the streets and sidewalks of hilly Jerusalem. All of this is a very rare event, especially in the month of March! Surely Hashem measures it out until it is just exactly what is needed to bring 'cleansing' to his Most Holy Place. And if a little shake is needed to complete the job the weather has begun, that can be arranged, too!
In addition to the sign of Eisav's impending downfall, will Hashem also give us a sign that we have truly transitioned into the Recollection stage? If, as the Ramchal teaches, this stage is all about revealing what has until now been concealed, what might be uncovered? ...and how might it affect the rest of the world??... and us???
B'ezrat Hashem, on motzaei"sh, I hope to relate some of what has been discussed here to the original subject and prepare to complete its revelation. There is no more time now. The Shabbat Queen is already on her way. The remaining hours until then must be devoted to preparing for her arrival. So many beautiful privileges have been granted to the people that Hashem cherishes!! Enjoy them!!!
Shabbat shalom u'mevorach!!!!!!!
Is Time Running Out?
Dear Jews! Good Jews! The people beloved by Hashem!
Some people have the idea that this is a new topic and wonder why they haven't heard anything about it until these last moments. This is NOT new!
Rabbi Meir Kahane, ztz"l, Hy"d began warning about the dangers of a rising anti-semitism and rampant assimilation in America in the 1970's (possibly even earlier). In his very last speech in November 1990, he was calling for "EMERGENCY" aliyah of American Jews to Israel. That was 17 years ago!!
Rabbi Pinchas Winston wrote a book in early 2001 (before 9/11) called Not Just Another Scenario. It is his idea, based on the Torah sources he learned, of how the end days might play out. In this story, Jews who waited too long to get out of America are prevented from leaving after a certain point because the Arabs embargo the oil and there is no fuel to fly the planes. Rabbi Winston has spoken all over America and Canada about the need for Jews to come home to Eretz Yisrael.
Beyond all of this are the volumes written by our sages (not even to mention the prophets!), books like the Kuzari and Eim Habanim Semeichah and many more, all testifying to the advisability and desirability of Jews returning to and living in our ancient homeland. If we don't respond from love, then Hashem brings the stick and causes us to respond out of fear.
Shoshana said...
...My family made Aliyah last summer like we were running home. Like Avraham Avinu, lech lecha- we left our homes, the place of our parents, our past. My DH and I knew on 9/11 that it was time to go home. We had seen many signs, but did nothing until after then.
It is possible, not so hard (but not so easy either!) and we feel like we won a big battle. ...I am worried our fellow Jews in the USA, and chutz l'aretz, who have absolutely no intent to move here. We are "radical" to them. People consider us nuts.
There are so many signs... so many. why is this sign going to be the clincher- if the others are overlooked?
Stocks are going nuts, due to the decline in the US economy, the UN is already in Israel, the leadership are all upside down and make no sense. Chutzpah is overwhelming. Torah and it's scholars are degraded. There is plenty but the prices are inflated. We could go on... but is this sign going to be so undeniable that all these things will be small in comparison? Will this finally wake people out of their deep slumber?
Yasher koach and B"H that you and your family woke up when you did! Shoshana, this is not a sign that will wake people up, not like 9/11. When (if) the sign appears, it will already be too late for those who yet remain unprepared and ready to leave on very short notice.
This will be a "sign" only to those who are anxiously peering down the "road" of world events looking for the approach of Mashiach Tzidkeynu. They alone will recognize it for what it is. It will hold meaning only for them.
To summarize:
As I stated before, when Eisav goes down, Yisrael arises---this is geulah, people!! I believe that the spiritual energy is moving precisely in that direction---to bring Eisav DOWN. I believe that a certain event will occur which will signal the very end of safety for Jews in America and quite possibly the last opportunity to exit America's borders. This event is what I am referring to when I say "sign."
It involves a person---someone who has been standing all along as a very important sign for the Jewish people, but they have paid it as much heed as they did the words of all our holy prophets.
ANNOUNCEMENT
I am in the process of writing two or maybe three very important new posts. I am juggling this with my job, but b'ezrat Hashem, I will try to get them finished and up by tonight. Watch for it!
Hershel commented below:
I cannot adequetely begin to convey my yearning to be in Eretz Yisroel. I have the zechus of having one of my children in Yeshivah there and I just visited him 2 months ago. But I have B"H aging parents, ad be'as goel tzedek. They are survivors of Auschwitz, in their 80's(until 120).
They are incapable of making such a journey. How can I leave them???? I'm certain that my wife, children and grandchildren would come. But, again, HOW can I leave my parents to certain doom? Avrohom Ovinu z"l was given a direct command by HKB"H, no hints, no ifs ands or buts. "Lech L"cho". Even if I want to rely on a hint, that STILL doesn't solve the problem of my dear parents. I'm certain that I'm not the only one in this "sandwich" generation with aging parents who survived the Nazis y"shm. How do we deal with this???
My question is...what's stopping you from bringing them, too?? Surely if the whole family comes, they wouldn't want to remain behind.
The Kumah aliyah website features the following picture from Dec 2004's arrivals:
Sisters Irma Haas, 97 and Hilde Meyer, 94, Holocaust survivors, admire Kumah's "I'm Making Aliyah" pins as they are on the way to finally making their lifelong dream a reality.

OK, I have mentally packed my bags, sold all my other possessions on Ebay... and now I'm ready to get on a flight to Israel..... what do I do when I get there? Where do I go? Where do I spend the night? Money for hotel.... yes for a while, but not forever. Have FAITH you say.... just have faith.... I'm getting there.....now I need a miracle.
If you can get here like that, you don't need a miracle. When you firm up your plans, be in touch with me by email and I will find you a place to stay and put you in touch with others who can help you with your paperwork for making aliyah from within Israel. Make sure you bring proof of Jewishness with you! It makes everything much easier!
These are my suggestions to the rest of you out there.
Number 1! Go to the nearest Jewish Agency office and open a file for aliyah!! You can do this even if you don't plan to make aliyah for a couple of years.
My feeling is that should there arise an emergency for Jews in chu"l, those already on a list to go to Israel may be provided with emergency evacuation. However, no one should depend on that if they are otherwise able to leave on their own.
Number 2! If you don't have a passport, GET ONE!! This Bureau of Consular Affairs website provides all the information you need. Note this information about emergency travel.
Passport Agencies assist customers with urgent travel needs (generally if you are traveling within 2 weeks) and require proof of departure.
Most Passport Agencies are open by appointment only and require proof of your travel date or need for foreign visas. See List of Regional Passport Agencies .

Yitz said...Dear Yitz, shalom~ Hashem honors our freewill choices. It's not realistic to think that the galut will go on endlessly waiting for everyone to change his mind or make up his mind about returning to Eretz Yisrael. The following is a very tragic "in-its-time" scenario that may prove only too true. Something to think about.
i don't think this galut is ending unless everyone is coming back..so anyone who wants to come back will have the oppurtunity.i sincerely doubt people will be left behind unless they are stubborn.in my (perhaps infantile opinion) this is nothing like fleeing the Nazis. On the other hand it might be like fleeing Egypt. (When the time comes, you wont have the option to take care of all the little loose ends. it's the little loose ends we should probably be tying up now. doing all those little important mitzwoth that we always wanted to do but couldn't find the time.))but that's just my opinion based on my limited understanding. nonetheless I do and will continue to pray for everyone.
Yechezkel 20:33-38
As I live, says the Lord God, surely with a strong hand and with an outstretched arm and with poured out fury, will I reign over you.
And I shall take you out of the peoples, and I shall gather you from the lands in which you were scattered, with a strong hand and with an outstretched arm and with poured out fury.
And I shall bring you to the wilderness of the peoples, and I shall contend with you there face to face.
As I contended with your forefathers in the wilderness of the land of Egypt, so will I contend with you, says the Lord God.
And I shall cause you to pass under the rod, and I shall bring you into the transmission of the covenant.
And I shall separate from you those who rebel and those who transgress against Me; from the land of their sojournings I shall take them, but to the land of Israel they shall not come, and you will know that I am the Lord.
Praying is excellent. There's never too much praying.

Some Background & Comments
I am acquainted with R' Dov Bar Leib and have been an avid reader, along with all of you since all these blogs opened. First Ya'akov Nathan, then Dov, and Nava, etc. I feel exactly what you feel in reading all these things. Constantly tracking though all the new information looking for hints and clues about where we are in the grand scheme. Anxiously awaiting Rav Dahan's latest shiur.
I really believed we would not fast last Tisha b'Av and then I really waited and watched for something to happen on Purim. I have been as deflated as you looking for things to happen that never materialize. I am as afraid as you are that I might be wrong. But about the sign itself and what it portends, I have no doubt whatsoever. Only, as I said before I am not 100% WHEN it will take place. For this, one needs nevua, which unfortunately for us, due to our many sins, is currently unattainable.
It is my nature and actually part of my mission to tell and to reveal. My rabbis have occasionally cringed over things I have spoken aloud. Uncharacteristically, I have been reticent to speak much about this issue, this "sign." It's an issue which draws large numbers of people to both sides of it. It is something which I want so much to see happen, and have worked so hard to see happen that I am truly afraid of endangering it in any way.
I have paid very close attention to Nava's blog and while I have not agreed with her on everything, I have received invaluable information there. Information which has fortunately or unfortunately put me in this position in which I find myself today. When she gave the message about keeping quiet from Rav Dahan, I took that to heart. That was fine until the experience I had on Ta'anit Esther (that's ME and NOT Nava), at which point I knew with absolute certainty that this HAD to be IT and I had to warn people somehow that time was up.
The thing about experiences is that once you are a bit removed from it, it is easy to begin to doubt the reality of it and to worry either a) that you are crazy or b) that you are crazy and delusional. I hoped that some word from Rav Dahan about what happened on Purim would relate to what happened to me on Ta'anit Esther and then I could act with more confidence.
I want to emphasize that throughout all of this, I have never claimed to be speaking of or about Mashiach, though some seem to have interpreted it that way.
PAY ATTENTION! The focus of this imminent sign is the downfall of Edom which signals a new phase of Israel's redemption, which "in it's time" (b'ita) is an ongoing process. It may or may not be accompanied by the revelation of Mashiach, but what is most important is that there is going to be a cut off point, after which no one else will get in or out.
Until 9/11, who could ever have imagined that a day would come when not one plane would take off or land all across the US? This was part of the first warning. It can and it will happen again, but for a much longer period of time. It is possible to wait too long. This should have been one of the most important lessons learned from the Shoah!
Hashem has been so patient with us. He has given us so much time, so many opportunities when so few real obstacles stood in our way. After high school, before you got caught up in student loans and house notes and school for your children and mates who didn't share your vision, it could have been so easy. We pay the price for delay and the longer we delay, the higher the price becomes. G-D forbid! it can eventually cost you everything. I don't say this to frighten you. But you have to understand the situation as it exists. A dreadful decree hovers over America, over all the nations who oppose HKB"H's plan for Am Yisrael's destiny.
What is the important news today? THE UN IS URGING FOR "INTERNATIONAL MONITORS" IN YERUSHALAYIM!
Good Jews in Eretz Yisrael are suffering so that Western Jews can continue the exile. Hashem allows it because He knows the reward in store for them and He knows the tragic outcome that awaits the Jews of chu"l. But the freewill of the goyim is cutting your time very, very short. The door to the ark is going to close so that those who got on board won't drown along with those who didn't take the warnings to heart.
Neshama wrote:
I would like to ask how do you know what you know already?
I've alluded to a personal experience which occurred onTa'anit Esther. Without a lot more background information and a lot of time to take you step by step through a process entailing years, I could not begin to explain it to, not just to you, but to anyone who hasn't known me throughout most of it.
The thing about it is, that I was given information and asked to do a thing, neither of which should have been done, had this not been the time for the sign to be given. That's why my confidence to begin to reveal it was so high. I thought that if I just begin to speak of it and finish it on the day it happens, this might be enough to convince the skeptics to move before it is too late.
If it happened on Purim in Israel then what happened is already known by others. And if you know it and other people in Israel know it then why does it have to be a secret? Why do you withhold it from those who want to know?
You see how crazy it already sounds and I've really said virtually nothing.
First of all, I have only confided everything to one person and even for that person, it is difficult to deal with. So first thing, it is not known to more than two people in the world unless the mekubalim have a clue. The complete geula is so very close that already we are moving into a transitionary phase where people are having dreams and revelations of a personal nature, preparing them to fulfill their destinies. This is occuring for any and every Jew who makes himself available to HKB"H. Making oneself "available" is another entire issue for discussion. Rav Dahan spoke in the past about how techiyat hameitim would occur in stages as part of an evolving natural-to-supernatural process. This is the same idea.
However, my personal experience which provided the impetus for this discussion about a sign of impending Redemption is not really the issue here. It is the sign itself that you want to know about.
...Do you think Hashem, the Ruler of you and me, and the World, would tease his Children this way? You come along and say, something happened-- can't tell you--wait and see---but when you see it , come immediately to Israel. There are many eager neshomas desiring to be in Eretz HaKodesh. I am on pins and needles, organizing and pre-packing. Pesach is coming, preparations to be done, so much to do.
I understand how you see it, Neshama, but look at it from another perspective. Was it "teasing" when Hashem told Avraham Avinu to pick up and leave everything he'd ever known, with an elderly father who didn't make it and a brother who left off along the way and a wife and nephew in tow and Hashem said He would take him to a land that he would "show" him. He did not even know the destination when he left! We are asked every single day to take some things on faith and no mattter how many times we might be disappointed, we continue to exercise our faith because that is what religion is all about. Everything in life carries a risk. When we visit these sites and read things there, we know the risk we take and yet we do it. Even when there are disappointments, when we continue to believe and hhve faith in the ultimate reality of the redemption, we are a success on many levels.
The point I want to make over and over again until it sinks in is this. I haven't suggested anyone do anything beyond what each of us knows is already required of him---to come home to Eretz Yisrael! The only thing that is different is this. I am telling you that there is an END in sight and that this END for the Jews of the West, after which it will no longer be possible to leave there is to be accompanied by a sign by which you can KNOW that the end has been reached.
Lehavdil, if any of the people of Sodom had understood what it meant when Lot left the city in such great haste, perhaps they might still have saved their lives. This is another hint!
Give us some halachic backup to all this flurry.
Dear Neshama, you demand a lot. :-) What are you willing to give? To my knowledge, no halacha exists for where we are presently going. It will be for Mashiach, the Sanhedrin, etc to teach us that.
Even the Rimanover Rebbe declared:Regarding Moshiach's task of collecting the dispersed of Israel, R' Menachem Mendel of Rimanov asks: "Are we to suppose that Moshiach tzidkeinu will go to all the places where Israel is dispersed, to all the corners of the earth, and collect its members like a shepherd...?" He answers as follows: "The Moshiach, with his eleveated state of holiness, will conentrate his thoughts on exalted meditations and awesome forms of unification of Hashem's Names. Among the latter will be an especially petrifying and awesome form of unification which will produce the effect of gathering together all those that are born from the Jewish nation, who are dispersed over all the lands. Of their own accord they will feel compelled to come to the Holy Land. [Here he quotes Hoshea 11:11] "At this time, each member of Israel will experience a faintness and trembling in his heart, which will hasten him to fly and reside in the place where he will be directed. This is what will be accomplished by Moshiach with a single thought concentration and by invoking a unique holy form of unification of Hashem's Names which "no eye will have seen" or known other then Moshiach himself, whom we aspire to have in our midst speedily in our days."
Read the words you have written:
Of their own accord they will feel compelled to come to the Holy Land. ..."At this time, each member of Israel will experience a faintness and trembling in his heart, which will hasten him to fly and reside in the place where he will be directed.
Did I not say from the very beginning the following:
"Jews in chu"l should drop everything and leave for Eretz Yisrael, if they haven't left already because many are already getting this idea on their own and are suddenly planning to leave. Others have personal circumstances which are leading them to come home sooner than they expected. "
And you , Neshama are packing bags!
I think we deserve more than a blogger urging us by aluding to "something...can't tell you...be ready to rush to Israel". Please give us that "more".
I would remind you that I am not a "blogger." I only opened this place as a means of communicating over long distances in short time. I am so much NOT a blogger that this place is only to be open until the end of Pesach. That is as long as I intend to wait for this sign to come to pass.
However, I maintain that everything we know is pointing to this time period!
It is very late now, so I will have to close and try to respond to others' comments tomorrow.
Dear Neshama, I will re-assess and re-evaluate the advisability of giving you "that 'more'." IY"H, I will be more forthcoming in the days ahead. You cannot go wrong by continuing your preparations.
Why???
Why does America (the West) have to fall?
1) It was prophesied. The West is Eisav/Edom/Rome. Eisav must go down before Israel can arise.
2) America pressures Israel into suicidal concessions and supports the Erev Rav regime.
Yechezkel 36:5 ...Therefore, so said the Lord God: Surely with the fire of My anger I spoke about the remnant of the nations and about Edom in its entirety, who appointed My land for themselves as an inheritance with the joy of every heart, with disdain of soul, because her expulsion was for plunder.
3) As long as America is perceived (and presents herself) as the great savior of Israel, the Jews will continue to think salvation rests in Washington and not in Shamayim.
Each of these is a chillul Hashem which in and of itself requires correction.
Why must the Jews leave the West?
1) The klipah of the West and its culture feeds off the kedusha of holy Jewish sparks. This is why whenever a nation threw out its Jews, it collapsed soon after and eventually invited them back. This is why the 4/5 of Jews who were unwilling to leave Mitzrayim were taken in the darkness---so Egypt could fall when the Jews left.
2) As the prophets say, in every place where we were exiled, we desecrated The Name.
Yechezkel 36:20 "And they entered the nations where they came, and they profaned My Holy Name, inasmuch as it was said of them, 'These are the people of the Lord, and they have come out of His land.' "
Yes, the inner exile must also cease, but the outer exile will be disposed of first and then Hashem will pour waters of purification over us and give us new hearts for Him.
Yechezkel 36:24-28 "For I will take you from among the nations and gather you from all the countries, and I will bring you to your land. And I will sprinkle clean water upon you, and you will be clean; from all your impurities and from all your abominations will I cleanse you. And I will give you a new heart, and a new spirit will I put within you, and I will take away the heart of stone out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. And I will put My spirit within you and bring it about that you will walk in My statutes and you will keep My ordinances and do [them]. Then will you dwell in the land that I gave your fathers, and you will be a people to Me, and I will be to you as a God."
NEW CLUES
I am considering entrusting the information to a reliable, verifiable third party who can confirm it with me after the fact for the benefit of the readers. Meanwhile, I will continue to provide clues as I think of new ways to tell you without really telling you...yet.
I will tell you that the sign of which I have spoken is not a missile, a falling star or a pillar of smoke. Only after the fact is there a chance you will accept it.
Here is an open sign of where things are headed...
With Great Love...
Shalom u'vrachah Good Jews!
With humility and great love for Bnei Yisrael, I will do my best to answer your comments. As you read my responses, "hear" them in your mind in the best light possible because it is how they are "spoken." Read within my words no anger or rebuke. "Hear" me pleading with you to see reason, to open the hidden places within yourself which remain closed to Hashem and His mercy.

This is all very tantalizing. I am a middle aged BT who is very drawn to Navas (Dreaming of Moshiach's) postings. My heart yearns for Israel and redemption. I am alone. I am not a great communicator.TIhere is no way my very gentle and loving wife will understand. We have young children; (and dept) and no one around me is frum. They cannot see. I have spoke of great changes but no one sees. I hollared on about the tragedy of the disengagement but no one cared or understood. What is to be said to those who would drop everything but will not because they are loyal to their families?
Anonymous #1---If your house were on fire, you would know how to save your family. The problem here is that you do not believe your house is on fire. Anonymous, believe that your house is on fire.

Exactly! Just get up and go to Israel... that would be FANTASTIC..... but it is IMPOSSIBLE for so many. If Hashem wanted us all to be there, Hashem would also make it possible.... if it is impossible, then what can we do?
Anonymous #2---Hashem does not ask the "impossible" of you. It IS impossible in your own strength, that is true. But Hashem waits for you to trust Him. NOTHING is impossible with G-D and you must seriously repent of this mindset. Hashem is fully able and willing to give you success in this area, but it requires from you a very great faith in Him. If you do not know this about Him, that He NEVER lets down those who place their faith and trust in Him, then you must repent that also and get busy getting to know Him better.
I have seen many goyim, who do not have the mitzvah to be in Eretz Yisrael, leave literally everything behind them and come to Israel with a one-way ticket, on a tourist visa good for three months only, and they find a job and a place to live and they remain here for years beyond the expiration of their visas. How do they do this? They have a very great faith in HKB"H. Granted that since it is not their mitzvah, the Satan does not fight against them the same way that he does against us, a mind and heart battle, but at the same time, Hashem gives us much more assistance to succeed because the land was designated for us and His master plan depends upon the Jews returning to the land.
Realize that this talk about "impossible" comes from the yetzer hara and is not founded in any kind of reality. It is an illusion built out of your fears. Pray to overcome this and to be allowed to see and experience the true reality of Hashem's gracious and bountiful provision for you---beyond anything you can even imagine---in this world, as well as the next.

anonymous,I'm not even 40, but I do know that NOTHING is impossible. I do know that for many, though, the obstacles are great. Anyway, I tell other people who seem to have great obstacles that if there is no possible way to drop everything now or 'cannot' make aliyah 'yet' (like most of my family), to at least mentally prepare yourself for this as 'if' tomorrow morning the plane is leaving. I beg my siblings to at least 'think' about what to pack if they had to move slow or fast. If you or others can't arrange to move an entire home full of belongings, then at least prepare yourself mentally and anticipate moving at the first moment.
Josh---I sympathize with your concern for your family. May Hashem realize for you your sincere desires on behalf of them and for yourself. This strategy has been good until now, but we are past the "thinking" stage. Now---right now---go open a suitcase up and begin to put things in it. Start with your most cherished possessions and important papers. Then set it in plain sight, set it down where you have to walk around it every time you go in and out of your room.
We live in the world of 'Actions.' That's why our prayers must be spoken and not merely thought. We have to DO things in order to change our reality. True thoughts, unlike mere self-deception, work out into tangible actions and accomplish visible results.
Dear Josh, look closely at what you have written: "... I do know that NOTHING is impossible." That's very good. But now, look at how you have taken it back in the very next statements: "...if there is no possible way...." Do you see the contradiction? You think that you believe nothing is impossible, but when it comes to actually putting it into practice, it fails you. You have left room to believe that nothing is impossible in the future, but in the here and now where it counts most, it is simply impossible. Dear Josh, Hashem is G-D of the past, present and future. It is all one with Him, just as He is ONE.
You speak of "great obstacles" and there is no denying that, but if you compare the current situation to that of years gone by, it would appear that Mashiach has already arrived! By comparison to generations past, the ease (and speed) with which it is possible to make aliyah today is incredible.
You know that three generations or so ago, there were very great obstacles for our grandparents to overcome in immigrating from Europe to America. It was not unheard of for people to leave entire families behind while they started a new life and then brought them over one by one. Many sacrifices were made and many obstacles were overcome. No one was looking for more than an opportunity to work toward a better future for themselves and their progeny. It's our loss that they chose the West over Eretz Yisrael or we would all have grown up speaking Hebrew and not have to overcome these obstacles yet again for our own children.

What about the 'converts to be' who find all these obstacles in their way to actually become the jews that they are? Isn't there any possibility to speed up the process for them? In some countries it is virtually impossible to convert.
Anonymous---This is another sign that the end is upon us. In days of Mashiach, converts will no longer be accepted. The time for conversion is also running out. We are coming to the end of freewill. The doors cannot stand open forever. What most of us have failed to properly assimilate into our brains is that there is coming a definite end to the world as we have always known it. A new reality will dawn upon us and there is nothing we can do to stop it. Neither should we want to stop it. The greatest thing about it is the end to the massive desecration of THE NAME.

Teka b'Shofar Gadol...
Shalom Good Jews!
After receiving some very good advice, I have created here a weblog for posting information to the public. At first, I did not expect it to go further than the initial comment that I posted at Mystical Paths, but now I see that many more questions have been raised and further clarification is necessary. It would certainly be asking too much of Reb Akiva's blog to keep up with it all, so I am making this place available.
Before I begin, I need to say something else. I am nobody special. If I identified myself, it would not give any more credibility to the things I will pass on here, but it might become a big stumbling block to me, making me think I am more than I am. In this day, we cannot trust anyone, even if they have a name and reputation. Everything must be judged on its own merits and how it lines up with the Torah of Truth.
I make no claims to nevuah! However, I have been a truth-seeker for many, many years and Hashem rewards those who diligently search. I believe wholeheartedly in the possibilities of what I am presenting here. If I didn't, I would not be speaking out at this time.
Good Jews! There is no "proof." If there was, freewill would have ended. Even when Mashiach has arrived, there will still be room for doubt. Prepare yourselves for this! What we have is a preponderance of the evidence, which is increasing daily. It is on this basis alone that I am publishing this blog. Time and events will prove whether my insights are based in Truth and Revelation.
At this point, I will recap what I posted to the comment section on Mystical Paths:
Just passing this along to all the faithful readers here.
Something phenomenal happened on Ta'anit Esther which has set the course of Redemption for THIS Nissan. A VERY BIG and OBVIOUS sign will be given upon which all the Jews in chu"l should drop everything and leave for Eretz Yisrael, if they haven't left already because many are already getting this idea on their own and are suddenly planning to leave. Others have personal circumstances which are leading them to come home sooner than they expected. This sign will be the last one given. 9/11 was the beginning of the end and this will be the FINAL END. If you require a hint, it is found in the Festival of FREEDOM.
...Until it happens, it can't be spoken aloud, but it will become clear when it is already too late to stop it. It will make much more sense to you when the time comes which is now counted only in days, thank G-D!
...I will give one more hint for future reference.
The sign will appear first in the US and then move toward Israel where it will rest. This is to be understood plainly and literally. It will be a physical occurrence that everyone can see. It will be much discussed, particularly among the Jews. Those who wish to be among the remnant of redeemed in Eretz Yisrael must (physically) follow this sign.
I must tell you that I am myself only 99% convinced this will materialize, but every single day we are receiving messages of encouragement which indicate the train is still on track and won't be stopped. When this sign is given, it will be 100% sure.Again, every person will see it, but only those whose hearts are set on redemption will recognize it for what it is and only those of very great faith will respond to it and act correctly.
...This one blog comment section, this one time, is the only place this information is appearing. If you want to pass it along to anyone else, feel free to repeat it exactly as written, but tell them that if they think they can guess (as it's light has already begun to shine since the month of Shevat), do not talk about it out loud until it has occurred and if you want to see redemption THIS Pesach, pray fervently for the fulfillment of these words.
...The timeframe seems to be pointing to Rosh Chodesh Nissan. KEEP QUIET and watch and make your preparations. I wish I had nevua so I could be more definite, but the uncertainty is part of the test. What can I say?
Anyone who wishes may write to me: magia_hageula@yahoo.com . I will try to help as much as I can, with the understanding that I will not tell anyone what they should do. Only YOU can make that decision and take the responsibility for it with the help of HKB"H. Many of you have already been thinking on these lines before I said anything here. Once you have decided, I will try to help from my end.
In subsequent posts, I hope to explore related issues, but for now, I want to make clear that my statement about 9/11 being the beginning of the end was not meant to establish the parameters of the time period referred to as pekidah. It is my understanding that this began on the eve of Rosh Hashanah 5761 and is coming to an end on Rosh Chodesh Nissan 5767. This is obviously one of those "related issues" which I hope to address more fully later on.
So, then what do I mean by the comment: "9/11 was the beginning of the end and this will be the FINAL END." In the Amida prayer, we say, "Sound the great shofar for our freedom, raise the banner to gather our exiles...."
I believe that the events of 9/11, the 23rd day of Elul on the Hebrew calendar, a month in which the shofar is sounded daily in anticipation of Rosh Hashanah---a sound meant to awaken spiritual sleepers to do teshuva---was the sound of the Great Shofar in Shamayim calling all Jews to come home. Many, many Jews heard it that way on the day it happened and many moved in response to that call.
I believe that we are about to witness the second part of that prayer's fulfillment. The word translated "banner" is "nes" which can also mean miracle. If it is what I think it is, it will be a miracle that flies as a banner to all Jews, wherever they are in the world. The intent of these events is to "gather our exiles." The end of this particular part of the process of Redemption will result in "our freedom," an ideal intimately connected with the season of Passover. I am afraid that those who wait too long to make the appropriate response to these events may, G-d forbid! be lost like those who did not wish to leave Mitzrayim.
This is why I risk being wrong. If I err, the consequences are bad for me, but if I am right, they are dire for the Jews of chu"l. I am willing to take this risk if it means saving lives. This is what I believe is at stake.
Discounting the first 20 years of the State's existence, since the Great Miracle of the Six Days War, when it should have become obvious to anyone looking with honest eyes that Hashem's blessing rested on this endeavor, regardless of its questionable beginnings, the doors to Eretz Yisrael have stood open to receive every Jew no matter from where he comes. Forty years will be completed in Iyyar 5767. It takes volumes of books to properly discuss the ramifications of the number forty. Perhaps another "related issue" that we might have time to touch upon for the sake of the skeptics.
So 9/11 was the first call to bring in all the stragglers---like the first call to board a plane or train. The event which I allude to above, which I expect on or about Rosh Chodesh Nissan but which could occur anytime from now until Pesach itself, will be the FINAL CALL. How long anyone will have after that until the door is closed is anyone's guess, but I would not want to bargain my life or my family members lives on it.
FYI, I first gave this sign to a dear friend over four years ago and I gave it as recently as a month ago to a family member who is still in chu"l. My instructions then and now were that should this sign appear, they must immediately move without any delay.
What I am telling you now, is that you should be preparing to take your leave. However, this is nothing new. If you have not prepared since 1967, then you should at least have begun to prepare from 11 Sep 2001 and if not then, when??? Country by country and nation by nation, the exile has been ending. America was the last great refuge, but even it has its limits.
Since 1979, the US has been orchestrating the end of the State of Israel through its "land for peace" strategies. The battle for Jerusalem is already underway. Judgement hovers for the goyim. Salvation awaits the Jews:
"Lech Lecha: The Obligation of Aliyah to the Land of Israel," written by Rabbi Mordechai Atiya, cites an ancient midrash from Yalkut Reuveni: "In the (Jewish) year of 5760, the depths will rise up and flood the world, and there will remain the Land of Israel, which will be like the Ark of Noah."
The punishment is not meant for Good Jews! But if you refuse to get on the ark, what is Hashem to do?
